Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 7 oz. Thin Tagliatelle
- 14 oz. Peeled Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Dalmatia® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Red Chilli
- 1 oz. Dalmatia® Black Olives
- 1 Tablespoon Dalmatia® Capers
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Oegano
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation Heat olive oil over medium high heat, shortly sautè garlic and
red pepper, then add anchovies. Press until it is mixed. Peel and slice tomatoes,
add to anchovies, and simmer for 7 – 8 minutes. Remove from heat, add capers, sliced
pitted olives and oregano. Pour sauce over cooked tagliatelle.
